Device Manager lists several things under Bluetooth and only one of them is the adapter.

Your Audio Collapses to Mono on Calls

This isn’t a bug and no driver fixes it on standard Bluetooth. Classic Bluetooth forces a choice: A2DP gives you high-quality one-way stereo, Hands-Free gives you two-way voice at telephone quality. Open a mic and Windows switches profiles, and your music turns to mush.

Your options are to use LE Audio if both your PC and headset support it, use your headphones’ own USB dongle if they came with one, or simply use a separate microphone so the headset never has to enter call mode.
